The following information will explain our reservation process, alongside everything you might want to know prior to reservation!

What is the typical process?
Due to working with a waitlist, the following process reflects such:
1. Fill out the Guardian Application and be approved
2. Be sent and sign the contract --- completion of the contract will be done after kitten information is filled out by us once a kitten is picked
3. Send a deposit of $500 to reserve your spot on the waitlist
4. Once kittens turn 10 weeks old, you will be offered a kitten or a choice between multiple that best fit all your preferences
4.1 The higher on the list, the likelier and higher priority you have to be offered a kitten choice, but best overall fit will be most prioritized regardless of waitlist standing to ensure the wellbeing of the kitten in the right home
4.2 If a litter will not have the perfect kitten for you, your wait will transfer towards any other future kittens, as long as necessary
5. After a kitten is chosen, the contract will officially be completed with all the kittens information
6. Until the kitten goes home, you will receive consistent updates, photos and videos of the kittens growth, testing results, etc.
7. At 12-14 weeks old, your kitten will be spayed and neutered
8. At 16 weeks old, you kitten will finally be ready to go home and the remaining amount of $3300 will be due at pick up
If you do not wish to join the waitlist, you are free to await for any kittens who pass the waitlist to become available! The process will remain the same, excluding the wait for a kitten and getting personally reached out.
Getting early pre-approval through our application is preferred, but an application at any point of inquiring about a kitten will be accepted.

Additional Information:
1. Our cattery prioritizes correct fit first and foremost, so we can never guarantee a specific wait time for the perfect kitten to come along
2. All deposits are nonrefundable if chosen to back out of either the reservation or waitlist.
If we as CrystalStar refuse further service, a full refund will be given.
3. No information, photos or video calls are privately shared until kittens are officially ready for reservation at 10 weeks old. To see any sneak peeks, please check out our social media.

*We offer a 5-year Health Guarantee, which offers another kitten if your kitten is to pass away within the first 5 years of its life. Understanding that some things unfortunately cannot be prevented, this guarantee covers, genetic, congenital and even acquired conditions or accidents----granted the reasons aren't a direct result of abuse, neglect, or otherwise negligence.
Offering this guarantee, we do not offer money refunds, nor to pay for any veterinary or treatment bills. We highly encourage to continue with pet insurance in case of any unexpected illnesses or conditions.
We cannot take responsibility---unless aresulting in the fatality of the cat---for acquired conditions such as HCM, FIP, Gingivitis, or any other non-genetic/congenital conditions that arise after 1 year of age.
